Study: Transcriptome analysis of infection process of Heterosigma akashiwo virus strain 53
show Abstracthide Abstract
Heterosigma akashiwo virus (HaV) is a new member of Phycodnaviridae, that possesses large double stranded DNA genome. Comparative analysis of its genome and other large dsDNA viruses revealed that HaV is unique new member of the viral family. To understand its biological feature more in detail, we conducted transcriptome analysis of the viral infection process employing different types of RNAseq approaches.
Sample: Heterosigma akashiow strain H93616,Heterosigma akashiwo virus strain 53-infected,90 mpi,replicate,2,ribosomal RNA-depleted
