show Abstracthide AbstractWild rice Oryza rufipogon is the wild species from which the cultivated rice O. sativa has been domesticated. It is widely grown spontaneously from the tropical and sub-tropical zones in Asia and Oceania. Rich in ecological and geographical variations. Due to the complicated variation of inter- and intra-species there have so far been many confusions in taxonomy and nomenclature. In order to study genomic diversity of the species, we sequenced a total of twenty-one O. rufipogon accessions by Illumina HiSeq 2500.
