Summary:
Temporal analysis of loaded leg gastrocnemius of females (subjected to neuromuscular blockade, mechanical ventilation) following unilateral passive mechanical loading (PML). Results provide insight into molecular basis of the beneficial effects of PML on muscle mass and function in this ICU model.
