Analysis of small diameter branches of the saphenous artery from spontaneously hypertensive (SHR) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH)-induced hypertensive animals. The saphenous artery is a resistance artery. Results provide insight molecular mechanisms contributing to hypertension.
