This sub-study contains genotypes for 382 neurologically healthy control samples deposited from the North American Brain Expression Consortium (NABEC). Here, we release the raw genotype data of these control individuals where the genotypes were assayed on Illumina genome-wide genotyping arrays.
Previous Study Name: Abundant Quantitative Trait Loci Exist for DNA Methylation and Gene Expression in Human Brain. Phenotype data are available through "NABEC: North American Brain Expression Consortium" (phs001300)
