(A) Surface-sterilized rice seeds were challenge inoculated with Burkholderia glumae, air-dried, and soaked in suspensions of JBRS159, K₂SiO₃ and SiO₂ nanoparticles (100 mg L^-1), and a combination of JBRS159 and each silicon compound. Prochloraz-copper chloride-tricyclazole suspension was used as the chemical control. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation. Bars with the same letter do not differ significantly at P = 0.05. (B) The photos were taken 21 days after treatment.
