Definition

Non-involuting congenital hemangiomas (NICH) are a distinctive type of large congenital hemangioma that are fully formed <i>in utero</i> and differ from rapidly involuting congenital hemangiomas (RICH; see this term) mainly because they do not undergo a postnatal involuting phase. [from ORDO]
