Sample GSM983147 Query DataSets for GSM983147
Status Public on Aug 10, 2012
Title Tumor_96_HCI
Sample type RNA

Source name Secondary tumor 96 regenerated from primary tumor 17 tissue, EF1α-PyMT10C lentivirus, adenocarcinoma histology
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue type: mouse mammary tumor
lentivirus: EF1α-PyMT10C
primary tumor: 17
histology: Adenocarcinoma
number of insertion sites: 1- same site as tumor 17
combat group: 4
Treatment protocol No treatments
Growth protocol Mammary epithelial cells were infected with specified lentivirus, then transplanted into cleared fat pads of recipient mice. Tumors were harvested at 2 cm and a portion was flash frozen.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Qiagen Rneasy kit
Label Cy3
Label protocol Agilent One-Color Quick Amp Labeling Protocol

Hybridization protocol Agilent One-color Gene Expression Hybridization and Wash Protocol
Scan protocol Microarrays were scanned on an Agilent Technologies G2505C scanner at 5 micron resolution
Data processing Array images were processed in Agilent Feature Extraction software version 10.5.1.1, which produces spatially detrended intensity data
Array data was filtered to remove control features and any non-uniform features or population outlier features. Remaining features were averaged to yield a single value for each unique probe. Finally data were log2 transformed, quantile normalized, and adjusted for batch effects using ComBat.
