Reactions were run with 100ng of Total RNA used per reaction in the Affymetrix IVT-Express Kit (Part #901225, Lot#0901008, Exp 040110) on 030310. The reactions were run through First and Second Strand synthesis, followed by In Vitro Transcription (IVT) using a 16 hour incubation to generate aRNA.
