Description RNA from a haploid F1 segregant from a cross between the
lab strain BY4716 (isogenic to S288c) and haploid derivative RM11-1a from a wild isolate
strain from a California vineyard collected by R.
Mortimer. The reference sample is RNA from haploid
BY4716. See Yvert et al. Nature Genetics 2003.
NOTE: REFERENCE SAMPLE IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE USED
IN Brem et al. Science 2002 296:752-755. It corresponds
to the same strain but comes from an independent culture.
