Treatment protocol Primary calvarial pre-osteoblasts from WT mice were cultured in the medium containing 50 μg/ml L-AA and 5 mM β-Gp for up to 6 days for osteogenic differentiation.
Growth protocol Primary culture of calvarial pre-osteoblasts were maintained in DMEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum and 1% penicillin/streptomycin, in incubators with 5% CO2 at 37℃.

RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using the CORALL RNA-seq V2 Library Prep Kit standard protocols.
