Description |
Chromatin IP against HA
|
Data processing |
Alignment: Sequence reads were obtained and mapped to the mouse genome (mm9) using the bowtie aligner. All reads mapping with three or fewer mismatches and reads not mapping to more than five locations in the genome were retained. Peaks: Peak detection was performed with the ChIP-Seq Analysis Server (http://ccg.vital-it.ch/chipseq/)
