Title |
seminal, endometrial biopsy sample 9 |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
endometrium
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
tissue: endometrial biopsy treatment: seminal
Treatment protocol |
A Curette with Vacu-Lok syringe was used to collect the endometrial biopsy scratching the uterine lining. Cold saline solution was used to extract the endometrial biopsy from the tube. The samples were centrifuged (1000g, 5 min), the supernatant removed and the remaining endometrial sample was snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at −80°C until further analysis.

Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was purified using the miRNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
GeneChip Whole Transcript (WT) PLUS reagent kit was used to obtain the biotinylated cRNA (250 ng of RNA per sample used). All the procedures were performed following the manufacturer´s instructions.
Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, cRNA was hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on Clariom D Array for human samples. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450
Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix Genechip scanner GCS3000
