Growth protocol |
The Y-79 and WERI-Rb-1 cell lines were cultured in Roswell Park Memorial Institute medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum and 1% penicillin/streptomycin. Incubation of all cell lines was carried out at 37 °C in a humidified 5% CO2 environment.

Y79 and WERI-Rb-1 cells were cultured in six-well plates and treated with dimethyl sulfoxide (0.1%) or THZ1 (50 nM) for 12 hours. The sequencing libraries were created according to the NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB, E7530) and NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for Illumina (NEB, E7500) manufacturer's guidance.
