Data processing |
Adaptors were first trimmed from the raw sequencing reads using fastp v0.20.1. The trimmed reads were aligned to reference genome(2019 gigascience) using BSseeker2 under default. Reads with more than three consecutive methylated CHH were removed as described previously. CGmaptools is used for downstream analysis and visualization Assembly: V_corymbosum_v1.0 Supplementary files format and content: generated by BSseeker2 and Cgmaptools.
