DSP experiments were performed as per manufacturers DSP Slide Prep User Manual instructions. Slides were deparafinised, antigen retrieval by HIER, and overnight staining with antibody cocktail as per DSP Slide Prep User Manual. Slides were images and samples collected on DSP instrument

DSP eluates were hybridised as per manufacturers instructions in nCounter Readout User Manual.

Scan protocol |
Hybridised samples were loaded into Nanostring prep station and processed as per DSP Slide Prep User Manual. N counter was performed with default parameters, and counts from Ncounter uploaded back to DSP instrument

Data processing |
Counts were aligned and ERCC corrected automatically on the DSP instrument. This QC data was exported for analysis.
