Extraction protocol |
RNA was harvested using RNeasy Plant Mini Kit (Qiagen). 0.5-1.5 ug of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using TruSeq Stranded Total RNA with Ribo-Zero Plant for RNA-seq according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
