Data processing |
Fastq files were extracted using bcl2fastq v2.20. Gene expression was quantitated using kallisto 0.43.0. TPM values were loess normalized using the R function "cyclicLoess". Assembly: mm10 (GRCm38) Supplementary files format and content: TPM.xlsx contains TPM values for each transcript in each sample. Supplementary files format and content: LR.xlsx contains localization ratios (log2 neurite/soma) for transcript with at least 5 TPM in all conditions.
