U2OS-derived UTA6 cells were seeded at subconfluence in DMEM medium supplemented with 10% foetal bovine serum and penicillin/streptomycin (100µg/ml each) in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere at 37°C.

Total RNA was extracted 48 h post-transfection using High Pure RNA Isolation kit (Roche). Triplicate RNA samples for each conditions were quality checked (RIN>9) with Eukaryotic Total RNA Nano Kit on Bioanalyser 2100 (Agilent) and then analysed on GeneChip Human Transcriptome Array 2.0 (Affymetrix)

Data processing |
Data were processed with Partek Suite and differentially expressed genes detected with the LIMMA package.
Significantly differentially expressed genes were selected based on a false discovery rate (FDR) threshold of less than 0.05.
Log2 probe set signal intensities after RMA normalization were generated.
