Extraction protocol RNA was extracted with RNA isolation kits from Macherey-Nagel.
Label Biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared using Affymetrix GeneChip® WT PLUS Reagent Kit according to its manufacture's instruction from 6 μg total RNA.
 
Hybridization protocol Following fragmentation, 10 μg of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on Affymetrix Human Clariom D™ Arrays. Microarrays were washed and stained with Affymetrix GeneChip® 3000 Fluidics Station.
Scan protocol Microarrays were scanned with Affymetrix GeneChip® 3000 Scanner.

Data processing The data were analyzed with RMA using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling as normalization method. The trimmed mean target intensity of each array was arbitrarily set to 100.
