Basecalls performed using Illumina CASAVA version 1.8.2 Reads were trimmed to remove adapters, then aligned to the mm10 genome assembly using bowtie version 2.1.0. Duplicate reads were discarded. Peaks were called using MACS 2.1.0 with with default settings. Genome_build: Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: bigWig files were generated by creating fragments of l150 bp centered over all ATAC-seq read fragments, then calculating the basepair coverage for each replicate using Bedtools. bigWig files represent the mean values across replicates from each condition.
