Sample GSM4972089 Query DataSets for GSM4972089
Status Public on Dec 22, 2021
Title Skin WT 2
Sample type SRA

Source name Skin
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: Skin
strain: C57BL/6
age: P0
genotype: wild type
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA extracted from the brain, the liver, and the skin of P0 newborns was purified using a RNeasy Mini Kit (QIAGEN, Hiden Germany).
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing Next-generation sequencing was performed using an Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform to obtain 101-bp paired-end reads. Reads were adapter-trimmed using our in-house script and aligned to the mm9 reference genome using TopHat2 (https://ccb.jhu.edu/software/tophat/).
Reads per kilobase of exon per million mapped reads (RPKM) values were calculated using GFOLD.
Genome_build: mm9
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: htseq (DESeq) output
