Labeled miRNA were Hybridize at 56°C for 16 hours on Exiqon V. 11.0 miRCURY LNA microRNA platform. Platforms were washed and stained using Tecan HS480 Pro automated hybridization stations.

Platforms were scanned using the Agilent G2505B Microarray Scanners.
