Fungal cell were cultured for 3 days at 30 degree, frozen with liquid nitrogen, and RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent, following RNAeasy kit (Qiagen), contaminated DNA was eliminate by RNAase free DNase kit (Qiagen). Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit (Cat#FC-122-1001) was used with 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Sequencing, and bioinformatic analyses were performed by Novogene, Inc. Illumina CASAVA 1.8 software was used for basecalling.
