Data processing |
RNA-seq data were analyzed using the Illumina Basespace RNA express application. The sequencing reads were aligned to the reference human genome hg19 using STAR aligner and differentially expressed (DE) genes (FDR < 5%) were identified with the DEseq2 analysis tool.
