Data processing |
Illumina software used for basecalling. Raw sequences of RNA-seq were mapped to the mouse transcript (mm10) using a Salmon mapper (v.1.1.0). The count of mapped reads was normalized as transcripts per million (TPM) using an R package of tximport. Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: TPM
