Title |
Sorted Lgr5 high vs. low cells colour switch 2 |
Sample type |
RNA |
|
|
Channel 1 |
Source name |
sorted pyloric stomach cells expressing Lgr5 at a high level
|
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
mouse model: Lgr5-EGFP-ires-CreERT2 knock-in mice tissue: pyloric stomach
|
Treatment protocol |
For the pyloric stem cell signature we used cells from Lgr5-EGFP-ires-CreERT2 knock-in mice, expressing GFP under the control of the Lgr5 promoter. RNA was isolated from two FACS sorted cell populations, one expressing GFP at high levels (GFPhigh) and the other expressing GFP at low levels (GFPlow).
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was isolated using Trizol (Invitrogen)
|
Label |
Cy5
|
Label protocol |
150 ng of total RNA was labeled using low RNA Input Linear Amp kit (Agilent Technologies, Pato Alto, CA, USA).
