Data processing |
Analysis of the microarray expression data was done using the R/Bioconductor through a graphical user interface, Chipster 3.12.5. Normalization was performed using custom chip description file for hgu133Aplus2. Intensity data were log2-transformed, and quantile normalized using robust multi-array average (RMA).
