Data processing |
Adapter sequences were trimmed from raw sequencing reads using Cutadapt (Martin, 2011). Trimmed reads were mapped to the mm10 mouse genome with HISAT2 (Kim et al., 2015). Gene expression values (Transcripts per Million; TPM) were calculated following assignment to genomic features with Subread featurecounts (Liao et al., 2014).
