Sample GSM4078819 Query DataSets for GSM4078819
Status Public on Nov 25, 2020
Title MSC.MGUS2
Sample type genomic

Source name Bone marrow
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics Sex: M
age: 61
donor: MGUS
batch: batch1
Treatment protocol MSCs were recovered by trypsinization, washed once in PBS and stored at -20°C in DNA extraction buffer
Growth protocol Primary MSCs from bone marrow (BM) samples of healthy donors (n=8), MGUS (n=10) and SMM (n=8), multiple myeloma (MM) patients (n=9) were generated as described by Garayoa et al. 2009 (PMID:19357701). Ficoll-Paque density gradient separation medium was used to isolate mononuclear cells from BM aspirates. MSCs were selected by adherence to plastic and subsequently expanded until passage 2 when they were used for experiments.
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Genomic DNA was extracted using proteinase K according to standard protocols
Label Cy3, Cy5
Label protocol Standard Illumina Protocol

Hybridization protocol Bisulphite converted DNA was amplified, fragmented and hybridised to Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC Beadchip using standard Illumina protocol
Scan protocol Arrays were imaged using BeadArray Reader using standard recommended Illumina scanner setting
