Fibroblasts were isolated from mammary glands by rapid plating following enzymatic digestion of the tissue. RNA was purified from fibroblast via Zyme RNA/DNA miniprep kit.

Alignment to mm10 mouse genome using the STAR read aligner.
Read counts were generated using featureCounts and normalized in DESeq2.
