Biotinylated ss-cDNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 100ng total RNA ( GeneChip WT PLUS Reagent Kit (Affymetrix)).

Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 5.2 ug of ss-cDNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip Human transcriptome Array 2. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix GeneChip Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.
