Data filtered of the raw data using FASTX-Toolkit tools(version 0.0.13.2) and tested the results using FastQC(version0.10.1). Read mapped to the published genome of Prunus persica (verde et al 2013) using Bowtie2(version 2.1.0) and TopHat(version 2.0.10), Samtools(version 0.1.18),. Fragments Per Kilobase of exon per Million Fragments Mapped(FPKM) were calculated using a series of Cufflinks software(version 2.1.1).
