Total RNAs were isolated from embryos at indicated stages using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen) and mRNAs were then purified using NEBNext® Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module according to the user manual. Illumina sequencing libraries were constructed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The libraries were then sequenced using the Illumina Hiseq2500 V4 and NovaSeq platform
