Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix One-Cycle protocol from 5 ug total RNA (GeneChip® Expression Analysis Technical Manual, 2004, Affymetrix).

Following fragmentation, 15 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45°C on GeneChip Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip® Scanner 3000, Affymetrix.

Gene expression data from EWS metastasis tumor

Data processing |
Single samples were analyzed with Microarray Suite version 5.0 (MAS 5.0) using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling as normalization method. Data were then rescaled within each array and between arrays through an affine transformation (Bengtsson and Hossjer 2006).
