Title |
STING-/- MEF_pBabe_control |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
STING-/- MEF cells reconstituted with pBabe vector
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
cell type: Primary MEF cells
Treatment protocol |
The MEF cells were treated with double strand DNA using Lipofectamine 2000 for 9 hours.
Growth protocol |
STING-/- MEF cells were cultured in DMEM containing 10% FBS.
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen)
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
300ng of Total RNA per sample was prepared using the GeneChip WT PLUS Reagent Kit (Affymetrix part#902280) and yielded cDNA product for fragmentation and labeling
Hybridization protocol |
Fragmented and Labeled products were hybridized to GeneChip Mouse Gene 2.0 ST Arrays (Affymetrix part# 902500). Washing and staining of arrays took place on the GeneChip Fluidics Station 450
Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned with GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G system
Description |
STING-/- MEF cells reconstituted with pBabe vector
Data processing |
Raw .CEL files were were analyzed with in the Affymetrix Expression Console software v.1.3.1.187 using rma-sketch normalization with Affymetrix default analysis settings to generate .CHP files.
