| Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 3.5 ug of cDNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on the Human Gene 2.0 ST Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G according to the Affymetrix® GeneChip® Command Console® User Manual.
