Treatment protocol |
pINDUCER20-SMARCA4 viral vector stably transduced in H1299 cell lines. Cells were then selected using G418 (0.4mg/ml). SMARCA4 induced using doxycycline (0.5microgram/ml) for 5 days and cells also treated with IACS-10759 (1000nM) for 24 hours prior to extraction
