Label protocol Approximately 5ug of purified total RNA was processed to produce biotinylated cRNA targets followed by streptavidin-phycoerythrin fluorescent staining according to the standard Affymetrix 3’-IVT labeling protocol
 
Hybridization protocol Following fragmentation, 20 ug of labeled cRNA was hybridized for 16 hr at 45 degrees C on the Affymetrix GeneChips. GeneChips were washed and stained using the GeneChip 450 Fluidics Station according to standard Affymetrix operating procedures
