Status Public on May 17, 2016
Title NPC_Ezh2
Sample type SRA

Source name neural progenitor cells
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: R1
cell type: ES-derived neural progenitor cells
chip antibody: Ezh2 Diagenode pAB-039-050
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and protein-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody.
Libraries were prepped using 5ng of ChIP material and the Kapa Hyper Prep Kit for Illumina Sequencing (Kapa Biosystems) according to manufacturer's protocol.

Library strategy ChIP-Seq
Library source genomic
Library selection ChIP
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2000

Data processing Mapping was performed with an in-house Ruby script using BWA alignment to the mm9 genome allowing one mismatch.
Data were filtered on quality and duplicates were removed using samtools.
Peaks were called using MACS 2.0 with a q-value of 0.001.
Genome_build: mm9
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Bed files contain filitered, aligned reads and called peaks.
