Growth protocol Lymphoblastic cell lines were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with penicillin/streptomycin, 2 mM L-Glutamine and 15% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum. The cells were grown at 37°C and 5% CO2. The cell growth was monitored using a hemocytometer and cultures were harvested at a density of 0.8–1.1×106 cells/ml. The cells were lyzed by resuspension in Trizol reagent.

Extraction protocol Libraries were prepared according to the Illumina TruSeq protocol, and quality assessed by Agilent 2100 BioAnalyzer.
