Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol mRNA was isolated with TRIzol and NEBNext Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module (NEB Biolabs, Inc. Ipswich, MA,USA) .
10ng of isolated RNA were used for production of the RNA-Seq cDNA library with NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB Biolabs, Inc.) according to the manufacturer's protocol that included cDNA synthesis and fragmentation, the addition of adaptors, size selection, amplification and quality control.
