| Treatment protocol |
Mice were injected intraperitoneally with 150mg/kg body weight of CYP diluted in saline (CYP group) and mice were injected saline alone as controls (CTRL group). Treated mice were killed 48 hours after administaration and the whole bladders harvested.

| Growth protocol |
Mice were housed at a constant room temperature with a cycle of 12-hours light and 12-hours dark. Food and water were available ad libitum.

Rneasy Mini kits extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's protocols.

Biotinylated cDNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 100 ug total RNA (GeneChip® WT Terminal Labeling and Hybridization User Manual, P/N 4425209, Affymetrix).

Following fragmentation, cDNA were hybridized for 17 hr at 45C on GeneChip Mouse Gene 1.0 ST Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the GeneChip Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G (Affimetrix).

| Data processing |
The data acquisition was performed with the Affymetrix GeneChip Command Console Software and the data were analyzed with GeneSpring GX Version 11.5.1 (Aglient technologies).
