Selected tissues were rinsed with PBS with 0,7% NaCl, 0,04% triton-X100 and placed on ice in the Trizol solution (Invitrogen).

Following fragmentation, 10 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45℃, washed, and stained on GeneChip® Hybridization, Wash and Stain Kit.

GeneChips were scanned using the Scanner 3000 7G.

The data were analyzed with RMA (Rafael A, et al, 2003) algorithm in the R/Bioconductor (http://www.bioconductor.org/) package using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling as normalization method.
