Summary Impact of mmu-miR-337-3p on the global gene expression in murine hepatoblasts.
We used microarrays to identify the genes controlled by mmu-miR-337-3p in in vitro cultured hepatoblasts. We identified distinct classes of up-regulated / down-regulated genes.
 
Overall design In vitro cultures of immortalized hepatoblasts (BMEL) from E12.5 wild-type mice liver were transfected with microRNA mmu-miR-337-3p mimic or microRNA mimic negative control. 3 replicates each.
