Title |
Histone H3.1K27 methylation promotes NHEJ by antagonizing FANCD2 on Chromatin |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goals of this project are to study the transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of human fribroblast cells undergoing H3K27me3 decrease by histone mutants incorporation (H3.1K27A/M vs H3.1wt) or shRNA-mediated knockdown of specific histone H3K27me3 methyl-transferase EZH2 (shEZH2 vs shNC)

Overall design |
mRNA profiles of human primary fibroblast stable cell lines with overexpression of H3.1WT, H3.1K27A or H3.1K27M or shRNA-mediated knock-down of EZH2 or negative control (NC) were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina next-generation sequencing.
