Summary Analysis of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma cell lines at genomic and transciptomic level. The molecular landscape of patient derived cell lines reflects that of primary tumours.
 
Overall design The cell lines were derived from cutateous squamous cell carcinoma and normal human keratinocyte. The gene experssion profile was bioinformatically analysed.
