Summary |
Purpose; The aim of this study is to find out the difference of gene expression by immunization with the pep27 mutant vaccine. Method; After immunization with the pep27 mutant vaccine, mRNA was extracted from lung and spleen. Result; Both B and T cells were activated by the pep27 mutant vaccine.
