Title Regulatory divergence controlling wound-responsive gene expression in domesticated and wild tomatoes

Summary We report the global wound-induced gene expression profile to compare the underlying transcriptional mechansims among S. lycopersicum, jasmonic acid–insensitive1 (jai1) and S. pennellii.
 
Overall design We examined the mRNA abundances in response to mechanical wounding in the leaves of S. lycopersicum, jai1 and S. pennellii.
