Summary |
Use RNA-seq to obtain transcriptional signature of Tsc2 KO neonatal mouse dermal fibroblasts +/- sirolimus. The resulting mTORC1 transcriptional signature is tested in the TCGA database of bladder cancers with non-silent mutations in TSC1/2.
